At Generations Arts and Education, inc., we create short term and long term projects that promote and develop traditional arts, offer educational opportunities, and connect our communities.
Traditional Arts
The arts, whether they be performing or visual, are transferred from person to person, and from generation to generation. They form the heart of culture and civilization, and provide connection within communities. We seek to promote, teach, and practice traditional arts for the benefit of the communities we work with.
Education
Education opens the possibilities of the future, for both children and adults. Benjamin Franklin stated, "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest." Knowledge, once gained, cannot be taken away, and Education can give individuals and communities the skills they need thrive under any circumstances. We seek to strengthen communities by offering classes and educational experiences for all ages.
